8/365 resist?

Lens: Kaimal Mark II
Flash: Off
Film: Alfred Infrared

I have seen the term resist all over the three river's heritage trail with the Misfits skull, and just found it as a piece of grafitti, a neat stencil. I am not sure if this stick is the same resist. However, it was a nice thing to come across this early in the morning, especially on my stroll to work. Try to enjoy your life, we only have one chance.

Who doesn't love Tim Burton? I guess there are a couple people that may not like him to much, but this girl LOVES his animation and characters. Last night I was going through two boxes of stuff that I havn't touched in about two years and came across two boxes of figures by Tim Burton that I had never opened. I plan to make the remaining 7 figures apart of this 365 collection at some point in the future. This guy is a super hero and appears sad. Happy Monday.

I always wanted to see the sun rise in Pittsburgh, and I never have gotten up to witness it. A great place to view the sun rise is from the West End Overlook. This is a really nice park, and I am glad I got to do two neat things in my City, and for free!

1. Sunrise
2. Visit the Westend overlook

I'd suggest that if you visit Pittsburgh, put these two things on your must do list!.

Today is Saturday, my father came down to visit and we have had a great day. My friend Shelly showed the movie "Snow White" from the reel in her backyard. Her husband Dennis collects film projectors and once a year they have a party where they show a movie. This is a photo of one of the film projectors he has in his collection. Such wonderful people and a great day, one I will remember for the rest of my life. I wish days like these occurred more often

One more visit to the gym this afternoon, then hello weekend. THANK GOD IT IS FRIDAY.

I bought a giant back of cherries and grapes when I visited donatelli's in Bloomfield. The cherries I had as an afternoon snack after doing a great arm work out. This particular photo just came out so well. I was just screwing around with the desk light and the angle with the iphone, I think this is when some of your best work comes out, when you just are having fun-and not being techinical at all.

Happy thursday!

Finger puppets are just funny. When you are given two of the same one's they become finger puppet twins. These two brain hunger lady are played with often, and tossed around at work. They sure get their exercise. In the city of Pittsburgh one can aquire these ladies or others just like here at the wild card on Butler St in Lawanceville, PA.

1/365 Kayaking

So I bought a kayak a few weeks ago, and i haven't used it. I am defiantly afraid of water, and of water being over my head. However, I think it is a great work out and I want to learn it, and do it at least once a week. So here is a photo of my first time kayaking.

We dropped in at the riverfront park, and went to the 16th street bridge and returned, we paddled almost 3 miles. i think it is impressive for this being the first time i went on the river.

I was very sore and tight the next day.
